There are a bunch of reasons the Cleveland Guardians are successful this season. Triston McKenzie is high on that list.
McKenzie ended the season with an 11-11 record, allowing 138 hits and striking out 190 over 191 IP. Good for a 129 ERA+. He was easily one of the best young starters in the league, and along with Shane Bieber and Cal Quantrill helped make Cleveland one of the better rotations in the league.
