Curtis Taylor is a very good relief pitcher in the Rays organization. He was Arizona’s 4th round pick out of British Columbia back in 2016 and was traded to the Rays in 2017 for RHP Brad Boxberger.
Some #Rays fans not happy w/ the Boxberger trade, but Curtis Taylor is a nice piece and can be a solid bullpen arm down the road. Great 2017 w/ Kane County.

This season Taylor has split his time between High-A and AA. He has been fantastic at both, and on the season is 6-3 with six saves and a 2.51 ERA/1.029 WHIP. Over 68 innings he had only allowed 48 hits, struck out 84 and walked 22.
He is a fantastic prospect and one that I personally kind of like. He is the best pitching prospect to come out of British Columbia since Jeff Francis, who was one of my first autographs and an all-time favorite of mine.
