Trent Tingelstad was drafted in the 22nd round by the Seattle Mariners in 2019 out of Louisiana-Monroe. Since being drafted he has done nothing but gets on base, with a career .378 OBP in his two seasons in the minors. He has a little pop too, but power will never be a big part of his game. Tingelstad is opening the 2022 season with the Mariners AA affiliate, and if he continues to get on base as he has in the low minors there is a very good chance he will start popping up on people’s prospect radar come 2023.
