- Alex Fagalde went to college at UC Riverside.
- I got this autograph in 2016 when UC Riverside visited Hawaii. That season he went 3-1 with a 2.47 ERA/1.12 WHIP. He stuck out 51 and only walked 12 in 43.2 innings.
- He was drafted by 2017 by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 30th round.
- Since going pro he has been…fantastic.
- In 2018 he split the season between the Midwest and Florida State Leagues, going 10-5 with a 2.16 ERA/0.99 WHIP. He only allowed 90 hits and struck out 116 over 116.2 innings. Those are really good numbers.
- He is a starter right now, but a transition to the bullpen is very possible. He does look like a legit prospect.
