I got this autograph in 2016 when UC Riverside visited Hawaii. That season he went 3-1 with a 2.47 ERA/1.12 WHIP. He stuck out 51 and only walked 12 in 43.2 innings.
He was drafted by 2017 by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 30th round.
Since going pro he has been…fantastic.
In 2018 he split the season between the Midwest and Florida State Leagues, going 10-5 with a 2.16 ERA/0.99 WHIP. He only allowed 90 hits and struck out 116 over 116.2 innings. Those are really good numbers.
He is a starter right now, but a transition to the bullpen is very possible. He does look like a legit prospect.
