This is the rookie card of Indians pitcher Larry Burchart.
Burchart was a 3rd round pick of the Los Angeles Dodgers in 1967 and then was drafted by the Indians in the 1968 rule 5 draft. He would make his major league debut in 1969 with Cleveland, and over 42 innings in relief he went 0-2 with a 4.25 ERA/1.559 WHIP. It would be his only taste of the big leagues. He would remain in the Cleveland organization before retiring for the 1972 season.
The reason this card makes the list is the dude next to him–Rollie Fingers. Fingers spent 17 seasons in the big leagues and was a seven-time All-Star, 1981 AL MVP, 1981 Cy Young, won four Rolaids Relief Awards, won three World Series (and was MVP for one of them), and selected to the Hall of Fame.
